Tuerra features a beautiful 60 m² open-air wooden yoga platform surrounded by vineyards and peaceful countryside, equipped with yoga mats, blocks and straps. The property also offers a 50 m² covered outdoor area where guests can enjoy shared meals, workshops, group activities or simply spend time together.

Description

Tuerra is a retreat venue in Sardinia, a peaceful countryside estate nestled among six hectares of vineyards in southeastern Sardinia, just a short drive from some of the island's most beautiful beaches.

At the heart of the property is a charming farmhouse divided into five independent, fully equipped accommodations, offering nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms for up to 18 guests. Each accommodation has its own private veranda and garden area, providing both privacy and comfort.

The property features welcoming outdoor communal spaces, including a shared kitchen, a large dining area, a barbecue and comfortable lounge areas where guests can gather, relax and enjoy meals together.

A dedicated outdoor wooden yoga platform provides a beautiful setting for yoga, meditation and other group activities, surrounded by vineyards and nature.

Tuerra has already successfully hosted yoga retreats, confirming its potential as a welcoming and inspiring venue for group experiences.

Bedrooms

Tuerra has 9 bedrooms: 3 private studios with en-suite bathrooms, kitchens and verandas; a 2-bedroom apartment with bathroom, kitchen, living room and veranda; and a 4-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and veranda. Five bedrooms have double beds (160×190 cm), while four have twin beds (90×190 cm) that can be joined to form doubles.

Bathrooms

Tuerra has 7 bathrooms in total: 3 en-suite bathrooms in the independent studios, 1 bathroom in the two-bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms in the four-bedroom apartment, and 1 additional staff bathroom in the service area. All bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet.

Cleaning

The property is provided fully equipped, clean and ready to welcome the agreed number of guests. A final cleaning fee will be added to the accommodation price. Any cleaning required during the stay is the responsibility of the retreat organizers.

Catering

Shared cooking: Tuerra offers an outdoor communal kitchen with barbecue and dining area, plus a separate indoor kitchen connected to the main dining space, ideal for a dedicated cook preparing group meals.

Self-catering: Each of the five independent apartments has its own fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.

Kitchen and Dining room

Tuerra has 3 dining areas: a covered terrace and an outdoor veranda, each seating 10, extendable to 18; and a dining room with 2 tables, one seating 8 (extendable to 12) and another seating 8. For group meals, there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a separate indoor kitchen. Each of the 5 apartments also has its own kitchen. All kitchens are fully equipped with everything needed.

Outdoor

Tuerra is surrounded by several hectares of vineyards and peaceful countryside. Outdoor facilities include a 60 m² wooden yoga platform, a spacious covered terrace with a communal kitchen, barbecue, dining and relaxation areas, and five private verandas. Guests can also enjoy a vegetable garden with seasonal produce and plenty of outdoor space to relax and connect with nature.

Tuerra is located in an unspoiled corner of Sardinia, near beautiful beaches such as Feraxi, Costa Rei, Cala Sinzias and many more. The area is ideal for hiking, especially in the Sette Fratelli Natural Park. Cagliari, Sardinia’s lively and historic capital, is just an hour away and well worth a visit.

Tuerra offers spacious private outdoor parking within the property, with room for cars, minibuses and larger coaches, making it convenient for groups arriving together.
