The farmhouse provides luxury accommodation for up to eighteen guests and 2 staff in luxury, designed by leading interior designers Russell Sage Studios. Room configurations are flexible with all but 1 room being able to be presented as double or twin.
Staff accommodation on site can accommodate 2 team members separately from your guests above the Studio.

Knotting Hill Farmhouse has become a regular venue for a number of the United Kingdoms leading wellness, yoga, bootcamp, retreats and events operators.
The Farmhouse boasts a range of flexible facilities for your event. The expansive outdoor heated wildflower roof covered terrace, framed by a log burner is ideal for inclement days, with the adjoining terrace, ideal for warmer days.
The NEW studio is fully equipped with yoga mats, cushions, blocks and straps.
The Farmhouse has been configured to provide you and your guests with a wide range of flexible communal spaces.
The venue features a 10-person sauna and a large wood-fired hot tub, as well as the Scandinavian cold water plunge tub, which is large enough for five brave guests.
The outdoor shower is built from an oak beam originating from a French Chateau, which runs hot throughout the year.

Bedrooms

The Farmhouse has eight carefully designed ensuite bedrooms sleeping 18 guests: six beds that can be split into twins, the Schoffel suite and a bunk room.

Bathrooms

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom featuring products from Norfolk Natural Living.
There is an additional loo downstairs.

Cleaning

The Farmhouse will be cleaned prior to your arrival by our professional cleaning team.

Catering

The large kitchen is equipped to the highest specification for big groups and private caterers can be arranged.

Kitchen and Dining room

The dining room with its handmade oval table will comfortably accommodate all guests warmed by a log burner. In the summer the large bi-fold doors fully open onto the outdoor lounge and kitchen.

Outdoor

Relax in our wood fired hot tub, detox in our sauna and jump into our Scandinavian cold plunge pool or for the less hardy enjoy our outdoor showers.
