Description

Located in rural North Devon, just 30 minutes from junction 27 of the M5, Newhouse Farm Cottages offers exclusive use of the site to retreat facilitators for a minimum of 10 people. The Yurt, our dedicated retreat space, is 28ft in diameter and can accommodate 20 yoga mats. Well insulated and heated with a wood-burning stove, it can be used year round. Our nine self-catering cottages provide flexible sleeping arrangements, with double and twin rooms available. Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current jets, traditional sauna, games room and 30 acres with lake and stream. The Hayloft can be used for dining or as an additional practice room with space for up to 15 yoga mats. We have a large level lawn ideal for outdoor group activities, and a barbecue lodge which can be used as a meeting hub with firepit.

Our 23 bedrooms, some of which are en-suite, sleep up to 47 guests when couples share double beds, or up to 34 guests if everyone has their own bed. All of the cottages have well-equipped kitchens, dining and lounge areas, flat-screen TVs with Freeview, wifi and central heating. Some cottages have wood-burning stoves. We have a communal laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryer.

Our land is not actively farmed and is free from pesticides, which means we have an abundance of wildlife including hares, deer, badgers and owls. We also have a private water supply which tastes delicious!
