Located in a rural yet easily accessible area of mid-Devon, Newhouse Farm Cottages retreat centre UK offers exclusive use of its cottages and facilities to retreat organisers for long or short breaks. We have nine well-equipped self-catering cottages, heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current jets, traditional sauna and 30 acres of organic land with lake and stream. We have a large level field ideal for outdoor group activities and a barbecue lodge which can be used as a meeting hub with firepit. Indoors, The Hayloft is perfect for an array of events including meditation and yoga retreats UK whilst the adjacent studio can be used as a versatile communal area.

We can sleep a maximum of 47 guests in 23 bedrooms in a mixture of double and twin bedrooms, some of which are en-suite. All of the cottages have fully equipped kitchens, dining and lounge areas, flat screen TVs with Freeview, wifi and central heating. Some cottages have wood-burning stoves and Sky TV. We have a communal laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryer and some cottages also have their own washing machine.

Our land is not actively farmed and is free from pesticides which means we have an abundance of wildlife including hares, deer, badgers and owls. We also have a private water supply which tastes delicious!
