At Held, we prioritize eco-friendly practices. Our yoga mats and blocks are made from locally sourced cork, we clean with all-natural products, and use an Ecofilter for plastic-free, filtered water. Held is an intimate urban sanctuary in the heart of Porto, purposefully designed for small, transformative retreats. Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Campanhã, Held offers a peaceful oasis within one of Europe’s most exciting cities. Our dedicated yoga shala provides a serene, light-filled space for yoga and meditation, while the flexible sanctuary can be configured for group discussions, creative workshops, or quiet reflection. Outdoors, the tranquil garden temple offers a beautiful setting for outdoor practice, giving participants a chance to connect with nature amidst the city.

Held’s accommodations are cozy and communal, with three bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms and a studio apartment, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. The spacious kitchen is perfect for shared meals and gatherings, fostering a sense of community and connection throughout the retreat.

Just outside our doors, the Campanhã neighborhood combines traditional charm with new cultural spaces, offering participants easy access to Porto’s riverside, historic center, and local cafés. After exploring Porto’s cobblestone streets and vibrant energy, participants can return to the serene setting of Held, making it an ideal location for retreats that blend urban vibrancy with personal introspection.

Each Held bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom with modern, calming design. There’s also a full bathroom for the yoga shala and two additional half-bathrooms for shared convenience.

Cleaning

Held offers housekeeping services for an additional fee, available daily or at a suitable interval.

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required to secure your booking. Bookings canceled with less than 60 days notice forfeit the deposit. Non-refundable payment of 50% of your total retreat cost is due 60 days in advance of the first day of your retreat. Final non-refundable payment due 30 days prior to retreat date.
