Breathe Healing and Wellness retreat centre Panama is a Zen inspired retreat with a multitude of spa services and pure holistic treatments and therapies. We believe health is achieved through mindful practices, various forms of meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, movement classes, energy cultivation, bodywork, nutrition and lifestyle balancing.

Our sanctuary is a place of healing where you can tap into all of these rituals. Breathe is composed of all facilities needed to reconnect : a beautiful oceanfront studio and outdoor amphitheater where a variety of classes can be taught, infrared sauna with chromotherapy, herbal steam sauna with cold plunge, hydro aroma whirlpool, massage rooms, traditional japanese onsen, ceremonial fire lounge, swimming pool with sundeck and suitable for watsu, kinhin meditation walk and a rooftop apothecary garden. Our studio contains wall to wall mirrors, dance barre and aerial silk hammocks, as well as equipment such as meditation cushions, bolsters, yoga mats and blocks.

Our sole mission here in our retreat centre Panama is to provide a nurturing space that allows our guests to feel safe, supported and have the opportunity to learn tools to become managers of their own health and lift their spirit by using a combination of ancient healing and traditional techniques and methods. Breathe had been designed and built by hand to ensure the energy and attention to detail translates into a truly unique space. We believe every person resonates with healing in their own way and we provide a multifaceted approach to assist in finding what works for each guest.
