Description

The villa is inside a large park with more than 50 different plant species, in the eastern part of Tuscany between Arezzo and Cortona.
The main house is very large with two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen and five double bedrooms.
There are four bathrooms inside the house.
The entire building is furnished with original, antique furniture, but is equipped with the most modern technologies and is fully air conditioned.
In the park you will find a swimming pool and a magnificent jacuzzi covered by a large crystal structure.
There are also large pavilions in the park where you can organize your wonderful and mystical get-togethers.
Silence, beauty, harmony will be your companions.
There is a parking space reserved for you on the property.
The property is between the cities of Arezzo (8 km) and Cortona (16 km) all connected by a convenient road.
The property will be able to provide refreshment services and guided tours if necessary.
A wonderful maze of paths awaits you to explore the hills, while a majestic panorama will accompany you in every move.
