On the ground level facing the pool there are 3 independent apartments each with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, sitting area and patio. The large pool (100 sq meters) has a children's area. The space around the pool is approximately 1,000 sq meters is ideal for hosting large events, such as weddings or for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Next to the pool is a large enclosed gazebo with a fully equipped kitchen. There is gas BBQ next to the gazebo. A shower and 2 toilets are near the pool area.
The villa is less than 1 km from Spartia beach and also walking distance to the village square where there is a small supermarket, cafe and restaurant. Other restaurants are close to the beach. The countryside around the villa is green throughout the year. The main attractions on the island are easily accessible from our estate.

CleaningOur housekeeper and/or her co-worker will be in daily to clean the villa. The gardener will be there on a daily basis to clean the pool.
CateringIt is possible to arrange for a chef to come to the villa to prepare meals.
Kitchen and Dining roomThe kitchens are all fully equipped. There are different areas where guests can enjoy their meals. Most guests use the eating space in and around the gazebo.
OutdoorThe pool area is where most guests get together.
Things To Do NearbyThe villa is well situated to visit main attractions such as Lake Mellisani and Dragorati Cave, St-Gerasimos Church and the wine co-op nearby. Driving towards the northern tip of the island where Fiskardo is located, you will pass Myrtos beach and the pretty town of Assos. On the way back you can go through Sami and Agia Effimia. Other popular activities include water sports or boat tours.
