Booking Conditions

A 30% percent deposit of the full rental amount must be paid by the Guest upon validation of the agreement in order to confirm a booking. The balance must be paid 12 weeks before the start date of the rental. If the Guest cancels their reservation, they will not be reimbursed for the amounts already paid.
