Our indoor Yogashala has 63 squaremeter, a wooden teak floor with window front that can be opened widely and an ocean view. We provide mats, round meditation cushions, long rolls (bolsters), blocks, belts and 3 square blocks as a sitting alternative, 8 blankets and a portable speaker. Our silent Garden have also a beautiful round outdoor Yogashala with additional mats and meditation cushions.

Eco practices

We use solar energy to heat our water showering and for our heated Watsu pool. Our outdoor pool, is sterilized with a ionizer and our therapy Watsu pool is a salt water pool, without chemicals. We offer to the school children of the village traditional dance classes.

Description

This hidden retreat place is in the middle of an exotic garden, an oasis with tropical fruits, flowers and coconut trees, far away from the main tourist stream, where you still find the island of the Gods in its traditional, spiritual and magical variety. It is a perfect retreat place for people who are looking for relaxation and stillness, a uniquely beautiful and protected place for small seminars and special events. We offer our own retreats the whole year around.

We have got a direct access to the beach. The coral reef just in front is filled with colorful tropical fish and coral gardens, which invite you to snorkel. With local fishing boats you can go on a trip for sunrise or to watch the dolphins.

There are 8 rooms for guests available for a maximum of 12 guests plus a retreat leader.

There is the Main House with 5 guest rooms, the Geckohouse has two small (9sqm) single rooms with a terrace and the Prana House, with our biggest and most beautiful room.

Prana Veda has 2 swimming pools, one is an infinity pool overlooking the ocean and the other is a secluded Watsu Therapy Pool (with its 35 degree warm water) and is in the courtyard, the heart of the house.
Around the pool in the courtyard there are three places for massages and a variety of energy work. A big natural stone bathtub invites for a Cleopatra flower bath, for singles or couples, which is a uniquely beautiful experience.

Our highly appreciated organic food and delicious dishes are prepared with herbs, salads, vegetables and tropical fruits partly from our own organic garden and from the local market.

Our catering offers freshly prepared, healthy meals with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. Guests enjoy a balanced mix of Indonesian and international dishes, including vegetarian and plant-based options.
Our meal times are: 9 am breakfast, 1 pm lunch, 4 pm tea time, 7 pm dinner

Our delicious dishes are prepared fresh and health-consciously, using herbs, salads, vegetables, and fruits, partly from our own organic garden and from the local market, where fresh produce is purchased daily.
Whether you prefer a western or Ayurvedic breakfast, Balinese, Thai, or Italian cuisine – we cater to your culinary wishes.

Outdoor

There are 2 pools, three places for massages and a big natural stone outdoor bathtub available, as well as snorkel equipment and a standup paddle board.

Nearest Airport

Nearest Town

The nearest town to the west in Singaraja.
The nicest trip is to drive through Ubud – Kintamani – Tejakula – Bondalem. It takes 3,5 hours from the airport and 2 hours from Ubud.

Booking Conditions

The weekly price included 7 nights, full board for 12 participants and one leader. 2.500,- Euro has to be paid on the date of booking and the rest amount 8 weeks in advance of the retreat via bank transfer. Seminar dates will be guaranteed as soon as we have received the down payment.
