In addition to a farmhouse and central barn with projector and sound system, both providing ample communal space for lounge dining, relaxing, meetings, seminars and presentations, another huge barn makes an ideal practice space for classes and workshops, such as yoga, pilates, dance and fitness. At Fair Oak Farm Retreat Venue UK, retreat organisers can provide spacious accommodation for 17 guests, each with their own private lodge, cottage or double room with en-suite or up to 24 guests with some sharing rooms. With couples includes occupancy can increases to 32 guests. Homely bedrooms with their own private kitchen, dining and living space is available, leaving rooms available for tutors and staff.
The central barn is an ideal space for workshops, meetings, lounge dining, films on big screen or drinks at the bar in the evening. Other communal spaces include large studio spaces, a Treatment Studio for facials or massages, cinema barn, games barn and sauna.
Outdoors, there are large gardens, an orchard and courtyards with seating, fire pits, barbecue and festoon lighting.
Located in the High Weald, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Fair Oak Farm Retreat Venue UK is an hour from London and 45 mins from Brighton. Station and airport pick-ups can be booked in advance with a trusted supplier. A private chef is available.
Bedrooms
The five bedroom farmhouse can be a mix of doubles and twins. Converted barns, eco lodge tree houses, and shepherd huts can be arranged with doubles or twin.
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms in the farmhouse, five bathrooms across the Barn, Grain Store, Cow Sheds and Stable Cottage. Shepherd Huts, Eco Lodge Tree Houses and Hay Barn also each have individual shower rooms.
Cleaning
If retreat organisers do not have their own staff, additional cleaning may be available during the stays at an extra cost.
Catering
You may self cater or provide your own catering or use our trusted suppliers. There are 10 kitchens, all fully equipped. The farmhouse and barn kitchens are equipped for large groups.
