Eco practices

We prioritize eco-friendly practices. We have a towel reuse program and donate all food leftovers to a local farm for pig feed. We avoid single-use plastics and recycle cardboard and glass through the city council. Most of our products, including fruits, cakes, breads, and desserts, are locally sourced.

Description

Welcome to a tranquil haven perfect for hosting group retreats. Nestled in a serene location, our property offers a blend of historic elegance, comfort, and privacy.

Our villa features a variety of accommodations to suit different needs. The Main House includes spacious double and twin rooms, along with the S. Bras King Bed Suite and the Maia Queen Bed Suite, all designed with your comfort in mind. The Garden House offers additional double and twin rooms, ensuring ample space for large groups. In total, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 27 guests, with the option to add cot beds for an additional 11 people, bringing the total capacity to 38.

The property boasts beautifully maintained gardens, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. The main garden spans 30 meters by 18 meters, providing a large open space for yoga, meditation, or group activities. The side garden and main entrance area offer additional outdoor spaces, ideal for breakout sessions or quiet reflection.

This boutique mansion is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ample parking. We also have experience hosting various group retreats, from wellness and yoga retreats to corporate team-building events.

Surrounding the villa, you'll find a peaceful landscape of rolling hills and scenic views, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Cleaning

Cleaning costs €45 per room per day or a flat rate of €400 per day for all rooms.

Kitchen and Dining room

Three fully equipped kitchens. Meal services are optional add-ons. The dining room includes cutlery, crockery, and all essentials for cooking and serving full meals.
