I\\\'m italian but I love exploring international cuisines and creating interesting fusions between taste and cultures to give guests the best culinary experience. I have a scientific background, cause I\\\'m a biologist, and a holistic one, I\\\'m also a naturopath with a specialisation in Ayurvedic nutrition, therefore I always pay lot of attention in preparing healthy and balanced meals, using also the principles of Ayurveda wisdom.
