I’m Karima, a trained chef from Belgium combining my classic training with plant-based,Soul-foods. My creations are bursting with flavour, light or very hearty, but always with an eye on nutrition and what the guests need.
I host huge dinner parties on my own organic orange farm in Andalusia,
Guests describe my cooking as “country style Medeteranian”, and sometimes a fusion with Asian cuisine or Mexico.
While travelling I got inspired by many different cuisines around the world. Food is my passion and everything I make comes from the heart. The presentation needs to inspire joy and excitement before the guests dive in. I’m always looking for colour, foraging fresh greens and local products and I’m an advocate of “ farm to table” and zero waste.
