Situated in the North of Sri Lanka, Vauy Mannar is located directly on the beach at the beginning of the Adam’s Bridge of Mannar Island (an ancient point connecting Sri Lanka to India - also known in Hindu Mytholody as Rama’s Bridge). Surrounded by a pure nature and virgin beach, it’s an extremely peaceful place and a real paradise for yoga and other spiritual practices.
Yoga: Both, Indoor and Outdoor practices are available. Indoor Yoga can be practiced in a spacious hall with a beautiful view on the ocean and outdoor yoga directly on the beach. A stunning sunrise and sunset is ideal for morning & evening meditation practice. Yoga mats, Blocks and Straps are provided. The team is experienced hosting yoga events.
About Vayu Mannar: The resort consists of the main building with a dining hall, chilling areas and a bar. Rustic Decor and beautiful wall paintings create a very cozy atmosphere. Three types of accommodation are provided : deluxe bungalows on the beach, deluxe tents and garden bungalow. The site is able to accommodate up to 40 people. Delicious & healthy vegetarian meals are available as well as tea and coffee.
Other activities: Vayu Mannar offers a wide range of activities such as kitesurfing, stand up paddle board, national park safari, adam’s bridge walk and birds watching.

Three types of accommodation are provided : deluxe bungalows on the beach, deluxe tents and garden bungalow. The site is able to accommodate up to 40 people.
