Our own medieval castle nearby is the perfect retreat location for fairytale weddings and celebrations, creative meetings & incentives and yoga sessions for up to 130 guests.
It offers the following spaces: Historical knight's halls with 100 and 55 sqm, a fireplace room with 100 sqm, the loggia (a kind of balcony), the inner courtyard with 400 sqm, the 50,000 sqm castle parc with bathing pond.

- Our own soul garden: We grow in collaboration with the Youth Service of Merano biological fruits, vegetables and herbs exclusively for the hotel

With a focus on regionality, quality and health, diners delight in the carefully composed burst of colour, freshness and exquisite aroma of the Michelin-starred cuisine.

Boasting a luxurious spa, the first of its kind in the world, is inspired by the ancient knowledge of herbal medicine and the almost-forgotten teachings of alchemy. The healing spa offers harmonising full-body treatments, massages and healing baths and personal beauty treatments.

Sunbathe by the heated 8 x 13 m outdoor pool and enjoy the sun-drenched relaxation room with 4 saunas.

The castle from the 14th century nearby is the perfect retreat location for fairytale weddings and celebrations, creative incentives and yoga sessions.
