We have a yoga and exercise platform overlooking the beautiful blue waters and hills of Antigua. We have yoga mats, weights, skipping ropes, etc. that guests can use on demand. There is also exercise classes should you wish to book them, at additional cost.
Eco practices
We have our own water cisterns, filtering water caught from the rain. Solar panels are in place, as well as our own vegetable garden.

A perfect shell of the sugar mill stands over the meditation platform, overlooking the crystal Caribbean waters. he Great House team are on-hand to ensure you are able to obtain the full benefits of staying with us. Beauty treatments take place in the fully-serviced in-house Banana Spa. Our exercise coaches are certified in yoga, Pilates and bootcamp on hand inspire guests during the exercise classes.The four plantation house suites are located in the 350 year old property, equipped with modern amenities, combined with historic elegance. Bedrooms
8 double bedrooms, 4 super king sized beds in the cottages and 3 queen sized beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds in the estate house.
Bathrooms
7 of the 8 suites have ensuite bathrooms, with spacious showers. Our twin bedroom has a private bathroom opposite. The cottage bathrooms have his and her rainfall showers.
Cleaning
Cleaning services are included in the cost. Bedrooms will be cleaned every day, and be turned down every evening.
Catering
Our hotel has an on-site restaurant. We offer guests Breakfast, Lunch and a 3 course dinner as part of their cost. Soft drinks are included. Alcoholic drinks can be bought from one of our 2 bars.
Kitchen and Dining room
Our kitchen can and has accommodate ed for 40 people at once. Our chefs are impeccable, but we are happy to allow the retreat to use their own chef. Our restaurant can accommodate 30 people at once.
Outdoor
A bean shaped olympic pool, with a shallow and deep end. 26 acres to explore, all the way down to the waterfront. Ping pong and croquet are also available.
