The yoga/seminar room is in a double height oak floored converted barn. The total space is 100m2, on two levels, the main area is 70m2 with a large wood-burning 'Jotul' stove. Max 18 for yoga. The lower level has a kitchenette for breaks. We also have a 70M2 sunrise facing outdoor yoga deck. All yoga materials supplied. For seminars we have seating, flip chart, projector. Countryside views.
Eco practices
Before developing this centre the owner worked for the Green Party of England and environmental practices are at the heart of everything they do, from not using pesticides/weed killer on the grounds, recycling, buying local and natural food and cooking from scratch, to the use of natural material on the build and choosing a venue close to good rail links.

Description
The French Retreat in the heart of the French countryside, run by a facilitator and award-winning restaurateur. The retreat centre France space comprises: La Grange (a double height contemporary converted barn), which contains the group room and 6 twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, and La Loge (a stone farm house) with 5 bedrooms: 3 double first floor bedrooms - one with an en-suite shower room and the other two sharing a large family bathroom and 2 attic bedrooms, one of which is a triple room and the other has a king size bed . The attic bedrooms share a bathroom (toilet, shower, basin). We also have three bell tents with raised timber beds, drawers, table and chair plus a shared bathroom accessible from the garden.
We accommodate around 25 guests depending on gender split and the number of facilitators.
• We offer a full catering service: 3 meals per day plus all refreshments. Our food is highly acclaimed.
• We have yoga mats, blocks, bricks, bolsters, straps, blankets, candles, incense, tea light holders.
• Minimum 8 guests needed for exclusive use.
• Standard price £100pn in shared accommodation for: beds made up on arrival with bath towels; hand towel, a bathmat per bathroom, soap and shampoo in the showers; vegetarian food; biscuits and fruit in the breaks. Luxury package also available; all dietary needs.
We offer one free host teacher place per 8 students for all food/accommodation plus arrival the day before the workshop or staying the night afterwards if desired. We in our retreat centre France are happy to offer storage of your materials

Cleaning
Luxury tariff includes cleaning of bathrooms and tidying group room daily. Extra cleaning can be provided at €15 ph. Standard tariff does not include daily cleaning.

We offer a full catering service. Our food is highly acclaimed.
All food intolerances and allergies can be catered for with notice at £10 per day.
Kitchen and Dining room
The dining room allows for 21 people to sit and eat at the same time, there is also a covered outdoor dining area which seats 22, plus other outdoor tables and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Booking Conditions
The facilitators wishing to put on a workshop commits to paying for room and board for six people regardless of how many they sign up, and pays a deposit of 50% to secure their dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the course. Free facilitator place. Flexible terms, please call to discuss. Full terms on application.
