The yoga room is a light and spacious oak framed room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a quiet, flower filled courtyard. Connected to the barn, it allows you to walk straight from your bedroom, down the hall, into the yoga space. With an array of indoor plants, modern peaceful interior design, and mini kitchenette it serves as a dedicated sanctuary for your wellbeing activity of choice.
Eco practices
Delphis Eco cleaning products are used throughout.
We use Temple Spa cosmetic products, which are cruelty-free and come from a company that is mindful of sustainability practices.
All waste is recycled or composted.
We are conscious of our energy consumption.
The land and gardens are cared for with the sustainability of the natural habitat in mind — we even have beehives.

Escape to the breath taking beauty of North Wales and discover our retreat venue, peacefully nestled in the Vale of Clwyd — a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Surrounded by rolling hills, scenic walking trails, rivers, coastline, and with optional access to private woodland and a wild swimming pond, it’s the perfect setting for rest, reconnection, and nature nourishment.
The Barn is a newly renovated Grade II* listed building. Original beams and exposed brickwork add rustic charm, while modern artwork, vibrant accents of colour, and Scandi-inspired minimalism bring a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. The property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, with flexible bedroom arrangements — each room can be set up as 2 singles or 1 super king double bed. Four bedrooms have en-suites, while two share a bathroom.
The open-plan living area is ideal for communal dining, relaxing, and gathering together, while the light-filled studio offers a dedicated space for yoga, workshops, sound baths, and more. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large decked terrace with dining table and chairs, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (including a BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven, and fire pit), comfy lounge seating, a grassy paddock, and access to a private tennis court.

Bedrooms
All 6 bedrooms can be made into Super King beds, or Twin Singles. We provide organic luxury linen and towels in the bedrooms. Should you need beach or activity towels we provide one for each guest.
Bathrooms
The 4 bedrooms downstairs have en-suite bathrooms; the 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower over the bath, apart from one bathroom downstairs which has a walk-in shower.
Cleaning
The property will be professionally cleaned before and after you arrive.
Catering
We don't have full-time chefs on site, but we can share the details of local chefs so you can arrange for one to come in do the catering on a daily basis.
Kitchen and Dining room
The kitchen is fully equipped. We have 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, pantry space, 2 kettles, an american fridge freezer and a blender. There is plenty of crockery, utensils, cooking bowls, pots; pans.
Outdoor
The terrace has a dining table seating 12. The outside kitchen has a charcoal BBQ, pizza oven and comfy seating area. You have private access to the tennis court.
