Symondsbury Manor has great charm and has been likened to Charlestown Farmhouse both in its artistic decor and quiet serenity. We have had yoga groups, orchestral groups, and various retreats at Symondsbury who appreciate the calm and quiet of the house and grounds. The sea and the coastal path are 1 mile distant and the village of Symondsbury in wreathed in folklore and pilgrimage. The market town of Bridport (bustling markets on both Wednesdays and Saturdays), is a mile and a half from the Manor and is famous for its independent and unique small shops, galleries and antiquities.
The Manor is arranged to accommodate up to 22 people and has an enormous table seating 24 and all the facilities in the kitchen either to self cater or to be catered for. We welcome retreats of any kind and always do our best to accommodate them sensitively and co-operatively.

The bedrooms at the Manor are all very comfortable and have been individually decorated. They comprise of 7 double bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms. Most of these have en-suites and there are 3 additional bathrooms. The gardens extend to 2 acres including a large lawn which in good weather is very popular for outside activities or yoga.
