Our 80 sq.m. glass house with a view to the East part of the lake can be used as a cozy living room or a space for yoga, meditation or other type of seminars. In this space you will find yoga mats, yoga blocks, cushions, candles, TV, whiteboard, blankets, a little library and a fireplace.

Description

Located deep in the heart of the legendary Labanoras Forest, this unique retreat venue offers complete seclusion - no neighbors, no traffic, just the sounds of wild birds and animals. With no one living within a 10km radius, it’s a rare place where silence still exists, and nature takes center stage.

Originally designed with retreats in mind, the property invites guests to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with nature’s rhythm. It's an ideal space for those seeking stillness, self-discovery, and transformation.

Currently, the property features The Big House (6 bedrooms), The Little House (4 bedrooms), a spacious 80 sq. m. glass house for yoga and seminars, a sauna house, tipi, grill area, and an outdoor kitchen - comfortably accommodating up to 27 guests.
Starting in 2026, a brand-new house with 5 additional bedrooms (all with private bathrooms) will be added, bringing the total to 15 private rooms. This expansion will allow the venue to host larger retreat groups with even more comfort and flexibility.

For retreat leaders looking to offer a full experience, the property can also provide expert facilitators- including sauna masters, hiking guides, forest therapy practitioners, sound healers, and ornithologist-led SUP tours. A certified Wim Hof instructor is also part of the team, making it an exceptional location for Wim Hof retreats, where cold exposure, breathwork, and the raw power of the forest come together.

Every detail is thoughtfully curated - from high-quality yoga mats and props to sound systems, scents, and lighting - to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home, yet deeply connected to something greater.

Booking Conditions

For the booking confirmation the 50% deposit should be paid. If the event is cancelled under the force major conditions (which we agree on together with the second party and put it in the contract), the money are being returned to the client.
