In an environment of incomparable beauty, 30 minutes from Mount Shasta is the site of the Pneuma Retreat Center. We offer this sacred space to groups leading retreats in Yoga, Tai-chi, Qi-gong, healing, artistic or transpersonal psychology trainings, writers and meditation practitioners, among others, who will find a magical place of inspiration and tranquility among the pine and cedar forests. We offer accommodation for 40 people in cabins, apartments and rooms with capacity for 2 to 4 people per room. Cabins and apartments all have their own kitchenette and private bathroom. The rooms, tucked up in the trees, have their own private bathrooms.

We have two fully equipped conference rooms. Akhaldan Hall sits at the edge of Parks Creek. Spacious, modern, and luminous, the space can be used to hold conferences, yoga sessions, dance classes and other group gatherings. The hall capacity is 60 guests seated or 30 with yoga mats. It is equipped with a wood burning stove, window blinds and air conditioner. We can supply folding tables, chairs and yoga mats. The smaller Buddha Maitreya Hall holds 25 and is perfect for smaller more intimate groups.

Let our chefs take care of you with their delicious catering. We can accommodate vegan, vegetarian or protein based meals and also packed lunches if you prefer day time excursions to the many nearby breathtaking lakes and waterfalls as well as Mount Shasta itself. The Dining Hall has a fully equipped restaurant kitchen for private catered events, and a beautiful terrace which can be used as a relaxing lounge space.
