We offer 10 classrooms of varying sizes, with capacity ranging from intimate spaces for 15 to larger spaces that accommodate up to 550 people.

Description

Omega Institute is a retreat venue hire in Rhinebeck, New York (just two hours from NYC) is a seasonal retreat and learning center open May–October. Along with acclaimed workshops and individual Rest & Rejuvenation programs, Omega offers rentals for retreat leaders and groups, offering classrooms of all sizes, varied accommodations, and farm-to-table dining.

Guests enjoy daily classes in yoga, meditation, and tai chi, outdoor recreation on the lakefront and trails, and holistic services at the Wellness Center.

Bedrooms

Omega offers simple, private, and shared accommodations surrounded by the Hudson Valley's natural beauty. Single, double and dorm rooms available. We also offer tent cabins and camping.

Bathrooms

Single and double rooms have private en suite bathrooms. Dorm rooms have shared locking bathrooms. Tent cabins and camping spaces have shared bathrooms nearby.

Cleaning

All rooms are thoroughly cleaned by Omega's housekeeping department between guest stays. Linens are provided for the Cabin Rooms, and can be provided for Dorm or Tent Cabins.

Catering

Three delicious, mostly vegetarian meals, with vegan and gluten free options per day served at our Dining Hall's buffet. Snacks, beverages, and desserts available for purchase at the Omega Cafe.

Kitchen and Dining room

Our kitchen and dining room can provide meals for approximately 550 people daily.

Booking Conditions

Campus is open seasonally from late-May thru October. Typical meeting space and facility fees start at $205 per person for 2-day rentals through the weekend and $250 per person for weekday rentals up to five days. All bookings require a $2000 deposit to finalize the reservation. Optional accommodations can be booked by the host or individual participants and range from $230 per person to camp for the weekend to $1850 per person for a weeklong stay in a cabin room. Check our website to learn more about accommodation rates. All rates include three communal-style, farm-to-table meals per day, daily open classes and amenities.
