We have a purpose built 75 sqm yoga, barre, seminar studio that can fit all guests and outdoor deck overlooking the sea and olive groves.
Multiple outdoor places for yoga including a roofed terrace, pool a retractable shaded area overlooking the infinity pool and the large 70 square metre pool house at Villa Oliveto.

We have our own water filters and wells to provide carbonated and still water and ice on site so we don't have to purchase plastic bottles.

Description

Designed for retreats with over 300 retreats hosted, and leaders who come back year after year.

Set on a hilltop in Le Marche, this nine acre estate of olive groves and gardens holds two villas overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Ten king size ensuite bedrooms sleep twenty guests, with an eleventh room set aside for you.

Your studio is 75 square metres, purpose built and fully equipped for however you teach: yoga, pilates, eight FOLD reformers, in built aerial rigging and barre, TRX, full length mirrors, and Bose sound indoors and out.When you want to move the session outside, there are terraces, shaded pool pagodas and lawns, with sunrise and sunset both within reach on the same day.

Here you are fully supported. A private chef cooks to your programme, whether that is Ayurvedic, plant based or long lunches overlooking the olive trees. Housekeeping runs quietly around your schedule. Our concierge team builds the rest of your week, from airport transfers to truffle hunting, cooking classes, coastal hikes, wine tasting and cycling through the hills. You arrive with a programme. Everything underneath it is handled.

There is a spa with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, a gym, an infinity pool that can be heated on request, and over 1,000 square metres of living space for your group to spread into. The coast and the nearest town are ten minutes away. Ancona airport is 40 mins drive.

This is Italy without the crowds, your own nine acre estate with its own grove of 400 olive trees, held for one retreat at a time.

Bedrooms

All 11 bedrooms are en-suite with views.
11 can be made into either double bed or twin beds.
One room is an attic room with twin beds and en-suite - for retreat organisers

Bathrooms

Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom including a shower, toilet, bidet and natural lighting. Two sets of towels per person are provided along with a selection of luxury Davines toiletries.

Cleaning

Midweek clean requested as part of each retreat, we can add other cleaning options too such as towel change.

Catering

We work with the best chefs to provide you with what you require whether that is Italian cuisine, vegan, vegetarian, whether it is 3 or 1 meal a day, we can flex with your requirements.

Kitchen and Dining room

The state of the art kitchen has been designed to cater for groups and gatherings and there are 5 dining areas, three inside, two outside with space to seat up to 22 people with bbq and pizza ovens!
