We have a purpose built 75 sqm yoga, barre, seminar studio that can fit all guests and outdoor deck overlooking the sea and olive groves.
Multiple outdoor places for yoga including a roofed terrace, pool a retractable shaded area overlooking the infinity pool and the large 70 square metre pool house at Villa Oliveto.

Eco practices

We have our own water filters and wells to provide carbonated and still water and ice on site so we don't have to purchase plastic bottles.
We use solar power to support our energy consumption.
We grow as much of our own seasonal fruit and vegetables.
We try to only use local providers and focus on a zero waste policy.

Beautifully designed and newly renovated, Oliveto Estate, Retreat Centres Italy, sits on a 9 acre olive grove estate with two unrivalled luxurious Italian villas overlooking the stunning the Adriatic Sea.

A hilltop retreat offers year-round exceptional luxury, 5* services and authentic experiences in the heart of Le Marche. Set amidst rolling hills, olive groves and ancient vineyards and just 10 minutes from the coast and town, the estate has been beautifully crafted to the highest standards, with 10 King-size ensuite bedrooms, its own spa (sauna, steamroom, jacuzzi), gym, infinity pool and over 1000 square metres of living space, endless manicured gardens and its very own olive grove with 400 trees. You can practice whilst you enjoy both sunrise and sunset in the many outside break out areas (terraces, shaded pool pagodas, grassed areas) and inside in our purpose built 75 SQM yoga studio. Our infinity pool can be heated. Additionally, we also have a small attic bedroom and en suite for retreat providers (sleeps 22 in total).

Our concierge team can tailor-make experiences such as in airport pick up, in-villa massage, personal chef, cooking classes, hikes, wine tasting, biking, truffle hunting for example are designed around your needs. Bedrooms

All 11 bedrooms are en-suite with views.
11 can be made into either double bed or twin beds.
One room is an attic room with twin beds and en-suite - for retreat organisers

Bathrooms

Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom including a shower, toilet, bidet and natural lighting. Two sets of towels per person are provided along with a selection of luxury Davines toiletries.

Cleaning

Midweek clean requested as part of each retreat, we can add other cleaning options too such as towel change.

Catering

We work with the best chefs to provide you with what you require whether that is Italian cuisine, vegan, vegetarian, whether it is 3 or 1 meal a day, we can flex with your requirements.

Kitchen and Dining room

The state of the art kitchen has been designed to cater for groups and gatherings and there are 5 dining areas, three inside, two outside with space to seat up to 22 people with bbq and pizza ovens!

Outside dining area for up 22 people with BBQ and pizza oven. Firepit, heatable infinity pool, larger pool, Ping pong, table football and well lit, manicured gardens, yoga and barre locations.
