We have one large indoor room of 70m2 which can be arrange and accommodated in many ways.
We have a smaller meeting/seminar room of 30m2 with a large flats screen TV and seating for 25 people.
We have an outdoor deck of 70m2 with a tent cover ensuring shade all day, perfect for spring and summer practices.
Eco practices
We have an ecological swimming pool - no chlorine or chemicals it only works on natural filtration system.
We use local, organic seasonal produce for all meals.
We ensure all waste is properly recycled and separated.

Description
Villa La Tosca is a Unique Retreat Venue in the South West of France located right on the Bassin D'arcachon around 40minutes drive from Bordeaux. Our garden gates open up right onto the beach and our rooms offer stunning views of the ocean.
The Arcachon Bay has always been renowned for its healing and soothing properties for the respiratory system. The daily movement of the tides and the natural environment diffuse a quality of ionized air and energy that exist nowhere else.
Our beautifully designed rooms, zen inspired gardens and spaces offer the perfect environment for retreats to be hosted. We have an ecological swimming pool and 8 en-suite bedrooms in the Villa + possibility for 18 people including retreat leaders, and one bedroom in a cabin. We have 4000m2 gardens, a library, several large/medium size indoor and outdoor yoga and practice spaces.
We are located in a culturally rich area, surrounded by nature preservation parks, unique coastal towns in close proximity and near to the Dune du Pyla (Highest sand dune in Europe) whether you're looking for a space to retreat and cocoon for a week, or also want to visit the local area and take day excursions, the variety of our location allows for it all. *Please email us for our activities list
Our English and french speaking team will guide you for anything you may need during your stay, from maintaining the property to organizing different excursions to towns, and recommending you the perfect local itinerary crafting a unique French experience. We can also offer massage treatments and other in house activities
Bedrooms
Our beautiful cozy 8 en-suite bedrooms each have their own unique style and atmosphere. 5 with Twin bed options and 3 with double beds. Rooms have different quality levels, so your pricing can vary.
Bathrooms
All our bedrooms have their private bathrooms. 2 have bathtubs (1 Jacuzzi tub) and 1 a large jet shower. Bathrooms are fully equipped with shampoo, soap, conditioner etc. Hairdryers, bathrobes etc.
Cleaning
Our staff is working everyday to clean the spaces and pass by rooms to make sure the spaces are always clean and crafted with attention for your practices and meals.
Catering
Food is prepared by our Michelin Star chef who is specialized in catering for retreats. We offer all options from vegetarian to vegan to raw food etc. All food is local and organic. Half/full board.
Kitchen and Dining room
The kitchen is a semi professional kitchen with all amenities and equipment needed to make delicious meals. A large dining room with 15 places and connecting outdoor terrace with additional 15 places
Outdoor
We have a large garden with its gate opening right onto the beach, large outdoor pool and lounge deck and additional large practice deck in the garden. We have spring water from our own well.

Booking Conditions
To secure any booking we require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
The minimum booking requirement is 2 nights.
We understand that confirming your number of attendees in advance is difficult so we offer a staggered payment plan 30%, 30%, 40%.
6 weeks before the retreat, we retain the full payment.
12 weeks before the retreat, we retain 60% payment.
