Cliffside yoga shala open to the ocean on three sides, with wide sea views and natural airflow. Suitable for yoga, meditation, workshops, and group sessions. Capacity for yoga practice: up to 25–30 guests. Equipped with high-quality rubber yoga mats, meditation cushions, yoga straps, and blocks.
Eco practices
Ocean Mantra Village runs fully on solar power. With no natural freshwater source on site, we use reverse osmosis for water. We use eco septic systems, eco-friendly cleaning products and guest amenities, keep laundry off-site, clean plastic from the beaches, and promote reef-safe behaviour. With a beautiful house reef, reef care is our number one priority.

Description
Ocean Mantra Village is an oceanfront eco retreat venue in East Sumbawa, Indonesia, created for those who need a powerful natural setting with comfort, privacy, and a clear sense of place.
The property sits on 3.5 hectares of wild coastal nature, with almost 360-degree sea views, two untouched swimmable beaches, a calm protected bay, and a vibrant house reef directly in front of the venue. It is remote and deeply immersed in nature, yet accessible via a direct flight from Bali, followed by a private car transfer.
The venue includes a cliffside yoga shala fully open to the ocean, an infinity pool with a unique underwater music system, a panoramic restaurant, open-air gathering areas, and direct access to the beaches and reef. The setting works well for group formats that benefit from space, silence, ocean energy, and strong visual impact.
Meals are served buffet-style, with fresh vegetarian dishes and local seafood.
Ocean Mantra Village opened in 2026, while the founders have over eight years of experience organising and holding retreats before creating their own venue. The space was built with group retreats in mind — as a dedicated environment for meaningful retreat work.
Bedrooms
Ocean Mantra Village has 24 sea-view rooms: 12 bungalows and 12 luxury glamping tents. Each can be arranged as double or twin using a zip-and-link mattress system, with a maximum of 2 guests per room.
Bathrooms
All rooms include private en suite bathrooms with showers and hot water. Guest amenities include shampoo, soap, body wash, bath towels, and beach towels.
Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned daily. Laundry service is available on request.
Catering
We offer full-board catering for groups, served buffet-style with fresh vegetarian dishes and simple local seafood. The food is light, nourishing, and suited to a tropical retreat setting. Meals can be adapted where possible for group needs, with dietary requirements discussed in advance and based on available local ingredients.
Kitchen and Dining room
Our panoramic restaurant can currently seat up to 40 people at the same time, with the possibility to expand to 50 on request. Meals are served buffet-style, with all necessary dining equipment provided. The kitchen supports full-board catering for groups, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Outdoor
Outdoor facilities include open terraces, cliffside relaxation areas, and an infinity pool overlooking the sea. The property is surrounded by wild coastal nature, with direct access to beaches, reef, walking paths, and sea-view outdoor spaces. Barbecue-style meals can be arranged and prepared by our team for guests on request.

Nearby activities include untouched beaches, snorkelling on the house reef, trekking along our mountain road, birdwatching, wildlife observation, and walking through the cliffs to reach more remote beaches. For groups, we can help organise special trips on request, including Sangeang Volcano, Pink Beach, and other natural wonders in the region.
