Naya Nosara is an ecologically conscious hotel and retreat center located in the jungle of Playa Pelada, Nosara, Costa Rica, a short walk from the beach and the Lagarta Lodge Wildlife Sanctuary. While immersed in nature, Naya is just a short ride from the lively hub of Playa Guiones, making it ideal for retreat leaders who want the peace of the jungle without isolation.

The property includes six standalone guest rooms. Four rooms have king beds that can be converted into two twin beds for shared occupancy, and two rooms have queen beds, suitable for couples, facilitators, or guests requesting private rooms. Ideal retreat size is 10 guests, with a maximum on-site capacity of 12. Larger retreats can be accommodated through nearby villas on the same road, while retreat activities remain centered at Naya.

Naya has extensive experience hosting retreats, including yoga, meditation, wellness, ceremonial work, creative workshops, and transformational programs. Our team understands retreat logistics and works closely with facilitators to support smooth operations.

Amenities include Sattva Shala, an open-air, covered shala carved into the mountainside and surrounded by jungle, suitable for movement, meditation, and group sessions. A jungle-fringed infinity pool provides space for rest and integration. The property also features a full kitchen and outdoor dining area, well suited for catered retreats and communal meals. Naya operates with an environmental ethic, preserving old-growth trees and the jungle canopy for the troops of monkeys that roam overhead.
