Mandala House is a privately owned retreat venue designed to support facilitators in creating transformative, nourishing experiences. Located on five peaceful acres just outside Pensacola, Florida, the property offers both privacy and ease—only 15 minutes from the beach and regional airport, but tucked away in nature with serene outdoor and indoor spaces.

The main house accommodates up to 30 guests across 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with flexible sleeping arrangements ideal for group comfort. Facilitators appreciate our thoughtful accommodations, including private rooms with workspace or patio access.

Retreat leaders enjoy exclusive access to a variety of functional and inspiring spaces:

A bright indoor Sanctuary Room with hardwood floors, perfect for yoga, movement, or meditation

A dedicated Workshop Room with seating and tables for 30 and an 80-inch smart TV for presentations

A cozy Zen Den for small circles or integration

A massage room, outdoor jacuzzi, new sauna, and pool for relaxation

Outdoor spaces with shaded seating, a natural pond, and firepit

Mandala House also includes a well-equipped kitchen and a wide range of optional enhancements including private chefs, sound healers, yoga instructors, and beach excursions. We offer hands-on support throughout the retreat planning process and have proudly hosted a variety of wellness, spiritual, and creative retreats since 2022.

Bedrooms

9 serene bedrooms sleep up to 30 guests. All king beds can be converted to twin XLs for flexible room setups. Trifold mattresses available for overflow (additional fee).

Bathrooms

6 bathrooms throughout the house ensure convenience and flow. Clean, spa-style design supports shared use while maintaining comfort and privacy for guests.

Mandala House offers exceptional cooking services, featuring gourmet meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients. Our culinary team provides customized menus to suit dietary needs.

Kitchen and Dining room

Fully equipped kitchen with ample prep space and a spacious dining area perfect for communal meals or mindful eating experiences. Ideal for self-catering or chef-prepared service.

Outdoor

Expansive 5.5-acre grounds with pool, jacuzzi, firepit, pond, and shaded seating areas. Ducks, chickens, a goose, and rabbits live in a large gated area, adding peaceful, grounded energy.
