The yoga/seminar room is a huge 200m2 open plan room with a high vaulted beamed ceilings on the second floor. It has laminated floors, with good natural lighting via velux roof windows and spotlights . There are 2 freestanding flip charts for tuition. There are 20 stacking chairs available. Tea & coffee making facilities in the activity room. Local catering can be explored on request.

Description

Le Soyc retreat centre France is a 7 bedroom house with 6 bathrooms fitted with showers. It has a great open plan 200m2 space for group activities on the second floor. The reception rooms are very large to suit groups. Outside it has a covered summer terrace with fully equipped kitchen. The garden is 1.8 acres with beautiful views and to take advantage of this it has numerous seating areas. There is a 8x4m swimming pool open June to September. We have fibre broadband and freesat tv -French HD & English Channels in the lounge. The kitchen and pantry are well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils for large groups. The dining room seats 15. There is driveway parking for 7 cars. The house has oil fired central heating. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Les Aiguillons Golf Course is 21 km from the holiday home, while Montauban Train Station is 28 km from the property. The nearest airport is Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, 79 km from Le Soyc. The beautiful bastide towns of Lauzerte & Montcuq are nearby, as is the medieval city of Cahors, situated on the Lot river. Molieres is the nearest village, 3 km from the property with butchers, bakery, newsagents, Spar supermarket, community tennis courts and a public lake.

Deposit £1000 on booking, refundable 1 week after stay (held for any damages) full payment in addition is required 4 weeks before arrival. No refunds once funds paid. Catering is not organised by us the host. Cleaning is £120 in addition. All bedding, towels, wifi included. The house is fully equipped.
