Description

This retreat venue Mallorca is a luxury rental villa of 800m2 located in Palma; it stands out for its location which is 10 minutes by car from the city centre and it’s surrounded by beautiful countryside with outstanding views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. There are 12 bedrooms with double bed and 13 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. There are two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar, gym, salt water pool and chill out area. It also has a massage room and specialized equipment for bicycles that includes storage and repair desk.

The perfect way to escape the Mediterranean heat is in our pool, in the large terrace there are sunbeds, a Balinese bed and sofas. You can enjoy a drink from our pool bar or use the gas barbecue.

On the main floor we have a fully equipped kitchen to use when and how you want. There is the large dining room too where you can find a big wood table and chairs that can accommodate up to 14 people , overlooking the pool area and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.

In the lower ground floor we have a large living room with a lounge area where you can disconnect and you can also use the bar area. There is also a skylight window, overlooking the pool area. We believe in the well being of the body and mind through sports and exercises, this is why you can find a gym area on the lower ground floor as well as a massage room.
There are 4 bedroom on each floor all with their own toilet with either a shower or a bath tub all with a double bed. They are all similar in style and size.

Bedrooms

All the bedrooms have a double bed that cannot be split nor we can add an extra bed. We do have up to 4 cots for children from 0 to 2 years old.

Bathrooms

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, 8 bedrooms have shower and 4 have bathtubs.There is hair dryer, Smart TV, wardrobe,safe,air conditioning and heating unit, towels, sheets and shower and hair gel.

Cleaning

As per our licence we do not offer any cleaning service. There are cleaning products available at the villa and also we offer the free use of 2 washing machines and 2 driers.

Catering

As per our licence we do not offer any catering or food services.

Kitchen and Dining room

Fully equipped open kitchen with 3 fridges,freezer, oven, ceramic hob cooker, 2 dishwasher, 2 coffee machines, 2 microwaves, professional toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils.

Outdoor

Large terrace with salt water pool and sun beds, gazebo with sun beds, chill out area with sofas,shower, bar area, gas barbecue and 2 fridges.The pool size is 9x5 and is 1.60m deep.

Booking Conditions

Min stay of 5 nights all year around. Except from June to September: min. stay is 7 nights. A 25% deposit of the total stay will be charged to the client by via bank transfer to confirm the reservation. Then 75% of the reservation is to be paid by 60 days before arrival date The client can cancel the reservation until 60 days before arrival day
