A 30m2 sports and meditation room overlooking the surrounding countryside provides a perfect environment for yoga or meditation classes. It has a gym corner with a bench, weights and a bike.
Weather permitting, classes can also be given on the roofed or shaded terraces, alongside the pool or on grass fields.
Our living/communal room is the ideal place for briefings, meetings or presentations.
Eco practices
We prepare our food as much as possible with organic ingredients from local farms and producers.
Located in nature conservation area, all used water is treated locally and drained into the local fields. Hence, we only use environment friendly cleaning products and detergents. Toilets flush rainwater and water is heated by solar panels.
Organic waste is composted and we split recyclables.

Description
L’Annicha retreat venue France is located in the Quercy (also called the French Tuscany). The 4,5ha estate offers various terraces and seating areas overlooking the countryside, conducive to reflection and resourcing. Its secluded position in a cul-de-sac provides a relaxing and soothing atmosphere.
The property was set up with retreats and seminars in mind for groups up to 15 people. Facilitators who are looking to host their own retreatcan count on our experience with group meetings, Qi Gong, meditation and mindfulness classes.
The house has kept its authentic charm with wooden floors and partly stoned walls. The main house hosts 4 very spacious ensuite double rooms. The annex includes a Loft for two, as well as a Gîte with a big roofed terrace, a double room and a room with 3 single beds.
A former drying barn has been converted into a sports and meditation room. The garden hosts a 25m heated lap pool with magnificent views over the neighbouring fields.
Our large living room serves as communal room for briefings, meetings or presentations. L’Annicha retreat venue France has a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces and terraces that are perfect for holding workshops and break-out sessions.
We offer full catering service, including themed evenings. Wine tasting or vineyard dining can be organised to make your retreat even more unforgettable.
Hiking and biking routes start from our doorstep. We are half an hour drive away from extensive nature-based activities such as kayaking, rock climbing and spelunking.
Being a family-run venue, we provide a cosy and homely atmosphere, where we and our pets will welcome you as friends.
Bedrooms
Each of our double rooms has its own style. They are spacious and ensuite.
The Loft and the Gite are independent facilities with their own kitchen.
The Gite has 2 rooms (a double and a triple).
Bathrooms
All our rooms have ensuite shower rooms, except in the Gîte where the two rooms share a common shower room.
Bathtowels, pool towels and shower gel are provided for.
Cleaning
You'll arrive into a beautifully cleaned space but we generally ask guests to help pick up after themselves during their stay. Housekeeping can be organised upon request.
Catering
We cater full board: buffet breakfast with home-made freshly baked bread. European or Asian meals will be adapted for guests with intolerances. Refreshments can be foreseen during breaks.
Kitchen and Dining room
Weather permitting, all meals will be taken outside. Otherwise, we will host guests in our dining room.
Outdoor
The spectacular 25m lap pool with sunbeds is excellent for relaxing and training purposes.
The lounge area, terraces and seating places spread over the 4,5ha estate offer perfect break-out areas.

Booking Conditions
Minimum 6 guests + 1 facilitator needed for exclusive use. Smaller groups are welcome on non-exclusive basis.

We request a 25% holding fee upon booking, the remainder 2 weeks prior to arrival.
