Yoga/Seminar room

We have a meditation room that can seat 13 people in a circle or more in a different configuration and an 18 foot yurt that is good for 8 people for yoga or up to 25 people for workshop space.

Eco practices

We have large flower beds gardened organically encouraging bio diversity. We use environmentally friendly products for our cleaning. We are vegetarian and do not allow the use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs at the Sanctuary.

Description

Healing Waters has been trading successfully for 20 years offering a range of spiritual & healing retreats to individuals and groups from around the world. It is situated in a unique location on the Sacred Site of Wearyall Hill, and on the Michael Ley Line with fabulous views including the Glastonbury Tor and a vast expanse of the Somerset Levels. It is peacefully situated on the edge of Glastonbury which is a spiritual centre in Britain drawing thousands of tourists annually for a large range of events, globally attended. Currently we offer a range of therapies and can cater for groups up to 20 people with the additional accommodation of a 18 foot yurt and 2 bed cabin. The Sanctuary is set back from the road and surrounded by flower gardens. We are also near several large nature reserves, famous for unusual birds and starling mummerations. We attract groups from around the world who love the peaceful, clear spiritual energy of the Sanctuary.

Bathrooms

We have 3 bathrooms:
1. Upstairs with shower sink and toilet
2. Downstairs with Jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet.
3.Separate building outside with shower and toilet.

Cleaning

Extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay but normally we clean and prepare it before you arrive and you take care of yourself during your stay.

Catering

We offer delicious vegetarian catering for groups using products from our gardens. We can cater for the individual needs of the groups and put together picnic lunches. Prices are from £45 per person per day and extra for special needs menu. This is for lunch, dinner and a breakfast supplement.

Kitchen and Dining room

Our dining area can seat around 14 people with add on table for a larger group. In summer time we also have picnic tables out side on the deck for up to 20 people.
We also have a kitchen table that seats up to 5.

Outdoor

Healing Waters is surrounded by lovely flower gardens registered with the Peace Gardens. We have lots of spaces where you can sit and meditate.
We also have a large deck that you can sit on and take in the stunning views for over 15 miles. There is a swinging seat, and other kinds of seats and benches in different parts of the gardens.
There is also access to a sacred spring, The Mother Spring
