Desert Vista Retreat features two brand-new six-bedroom, eight-bath luxury homes built side by side and purpose-designed for large groups. Each home offers 5,500+ sq ft indoors and 2,000 sq ft of outdoor living, with equal, high-end accommodations so every guest enjoys premium comfort.

Book one home or both together to host up to 50 guests in total style and comfort. Need more space? Five additional Exclusive Retreats homes are located in the same neighborhood, built to the same luxury standards.

Located just 10 minutes from downtown Moab, 15 minutes to Arches National Park, and 20 minutes to Canyonlands, this is the perfect basecamp for your red rock adventure.

Enjoy two private heated pools (82° summer / 92° winter), two 12-person hot tubs, expansive patios with La Sal Mountain views, gas fire pits, BBQ grills, bocce court, pool table, ping pong, and paddle boards for nearby Ken’s Lake or the Colorado River. There’s parking for 20+ vehicles, trailers, and RVs.

Each home features a gourmet kitchen with double appliances, spacious living areas with 65” Smart TVs, and twelve total suites including king beds, spa-like ensuite baths, family bunk suites, and additional memory foam guest beds.

Premium bath products, hair dryers in every bathroom, highchair, Pack ’n Play, full climate control, and “cancel for any reason” trip insurance (ask for details) complete the experience.

Bedrooms

12 spacious suites feature king beds, spa-like ensuite baths, and 50” Smart TVs. Many include queen sleeper sofas, and two suites offer attached bunkrooms. Two family suites include king and queen beds with XL twin-over bunks. Additional bedding includes 4 memory foam guest beds and a queen pullout in the great room—perfect for large groups.

All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathrooms including spa like showers.

Home is cleaned thoroughly before the guest's stay. Additional cleaning throughout stay upon request.
