Description

Our venue for retreat UK is set in 17 acres of woodland and pasture nestled in Devon hills between Exmoor and Dartmoor. 30mins from North Devon coast.

8 cosy self-catering cottages with biomass heating and high pressure hot water.
Barn Cottage has communal space for dining together.
The cottages are being renewed thoughtfully and gently. They are clean and tidy not pristine and perfect which is a great asset for transformational work.
The land has had healing ceremonies and is wonderful at safely supporting deep healing and connection.

We help retreat leaders to select the right spaces for their retreat. From an indoor barn, classroom, games room (pool and table tennis) and outdoors the Horsebox cafe, riding stables (equine therapy), tennis court, and swimming pool. Our fields and woodland offer great spaces for marquees, camp fires & gatherings.

Retreats work best when the site booking is exclusive, and our experience has been numbers of up to 30 work really well, allowing the full space to be occupied by participants.

We in our venue for retreat UK love to support retreat leaders (and our community) with chefs, locally sourced food, herbalists, foragers, therapists as well as the logistics of hiring the right equipment.

Coming this year; a poly tunnel with home grown organic veg, the creation of the 'Well Garden' on the site of an ancient well and spring that will offer medicinal herbs and spaces for ceremony, reflection & meditation. It will integrate symbology and Celtic wisdom of sacred spaces.

Proximity to Exmoor Dark Sky reserve allows for amazingly starry nights and quiet peaceful sleeps
