Description

We are located in Central Portugal, 2 hours from Porto & 2,5 hours from Lisbon and easily reached by public transport or airport shuttle (which we would arrange for you).

Immersed in nature, we have worked to complement the land's beauty by building from solely natural materials. Our retreat center offers 15 sacred geometry inspired accommodations , a cabin and a granite room. Private accommodation is our standard, 18 total. If shared, there is a possibility to have more capacity.

We know how important delicious and quality food is! Our professional retreat chef lovingly prepares meals to nourish our guest's best. Ingredients come from our own organic garden whenever possible.

To practice:
We have an indoor and ourdoor yoga shala. Our indoor shala accommodates 12 for yoga and more for seated practice. Our outdoor shala easily fits 25 students and more for seated practice.

Things To Do Nearby

The Serra da Estrela region is rich in ancient history, culture and natural beauty.

Rent a mountain bike to venture on the Dolmen Mystery Tour to explore clues left on the earth by our ancestors 6000 years ago.

At our doorstep is the Mondego River. Enjoy paddling on one of our Stand Up Paddle Boards along the Mondego Valley or to take a walk to our nearby waterfall.
