This space has a capacity for up to 35 people.
The space creates a calm and grounding space for
different forms of practice or work sessions. The large bay windows provide
natural light and open onto a green and welcoming space for
outdoor invigoration. It is easily adaptable for other
purposes and can be equipped with tables for work sessions.

Description

Canto do Sol is a family owned contemporary and eco-friendly eco-lodge composed of 2 houses that hosts retreats, events and rentals all year round, in the verdant valley of northern Portugal, just an hour from Porto.
Born from a shared family dream, it is set between the mountains of the Minho region and the banks of the Lima River. Designed according to permaculture principles, the property has been shaped with care to support regeneration and sustainability.
Services:
As a retreat venue, we can offer a range of personalized services to facilitators and clients. We are well connected to local providers.
Service offers: team of different chefs (vegan, vegetarian, meat/fish), massages onsite by certified therapists, Yoga or Pilates classes onsite, sports outings (kayak, SUP, waterbike, kite-surf, wind-foil, surf, horseback riding, golf, guides or self-guided hikes in the region) pottery classes, wine tasting, transport/van service (travel from and to the airport and excursions in the region).

The two houses can be rented separately or together, to suit all needs and group sizes, up to 27 people. Both houses share magnificient views on the Lima river valley and have been furbished and present an ecological boho-chic refinement style.

Bedrooms

In both houses all bedrooms (except one with a queen-sized bed) offer flexible bed setups that can be arranged as
singles, doubles and triples (in 4 bedrooms).

Bathrooms

In Travessia do Sol all rooms come with either ensuite or adjoining bathrooms.
In Casa Pôr do Sol 2 rooms come with ensuite bathrooms, 4 rooms come with 2 adjoining bathrooms

Cleaning

Professional house preparation and cleaning service is provided and included in the price
Light cleaning of common spaces and rooms once a week during the stay is included

Catering

We can provide Private Chef Service for different dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan,
non-vegetarian, detox programs and others) with emphasis on locally and organically sourced ingredients.

Booking Conditions

Payment and cancellation terms are discussed together to find a balanced agreement that best suits the business circumstances of both parties. As a rule, a non-refundable deposit is due as soon as the retreat has been confirmed by the teacher. The remaining non-refundable balance payment is due 60 to 45 days before the start of the retreat.
