The Yoga Shala, located atop the restaurant, offers stunning 360-degree views of the beach and hills. It features partial roof coverage and sun shades for comfort. The platform accommodates up to 30 practitioners but is best suited for groups of 20. We provide yoga mats and blocks, but we encourage guests to bring their own equipment.

We can accommodate groups of up to 30 participants and offer an adaptable menu based on Ayurvedic principles, tailored to meet various dietary preferences and restrictions.
Our restaurant and bar are centrally located, facing the beach, providing a vibrant setting for social gatherings and a lively atmosphere. Atop this retreat venue in Honduras, you'll find our yoga platform, fully equipped with yoga mats, blocks, straps, and speakers for an immersive experience.
We also arrange transportation and a range of activities to customize your experience from start to finish. Enjoy spectacular boat snorkel excursions to the outer islands, island tours by bus, massages, hiking, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, scuba diving, fishing, and kiteboarding.
Bedrooms
Most of our rooms offer a queen-size bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers, with an option to add a single bed. Some can also be set up with two single beds or a king-size bed for flexibility.
Bathrooms
Our bathrooms feature elegant designs with handmade tiles and wooden accents. However, please note that some of the bathrooms are open without doors, using curtains instead.
Cleaning
We provide on-demand room service. Guests can request room cleaning during breakfast and specify if they prefer a partial clean or a full service, including linen changes.
Catering
Most of our meals are served family-style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for your yoga group to connect and enjoy nourishing dishes together.

Booking Conditions
Reach out to us to customize your experience based on your needs. To reserve and block rooms, we require a non-refundable deposit of $3,000. Each month, we will update the status of your reserved rooms, allowing you to release or block additional rooms as desired. 50% is due 90 days prior and the full amount is due 30 days before your retreat.
