Mai Niti Healing Center, located in the Peruvian Amazon near Pucallpa, is seeking new team members to join our community. 🌿 Led by Shipibo healers Maestra Lucila and Maestro Leonardo, Mai Niti offers deep healing through ayahuasca and other sacred medicinal plants. People from all over the world come here to heal, learn, and connect with the Shipibo tradition.
We are looking for kind, joyful, and compassionate individuals with a true spirit of service. It’s important that you enjoy helping others and have patience and understanding. Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English are required — and yes, being ready to play volleyball with us is essential! 😄
Experience with ayahuasca or plant diets is not necessary, but it’s a plus. We also value skills in social media, photography, videography, and writing.
Position Available:
*Content Media Creator (Paid) – helping with social media, photos, and videos.
*Staff - Helping around the center with the guests, and helping the maestros.
Volunteers and workers start with a 4-week trial, followed by a 4-month season. Meals and accommodation are included, with a monthly salary of 500 USD for the right match. Participants may take ayahuasca weekly (optional), receive natural medicine, and have the chance to do plant diets depending on center activities.
