The Role: Professional Collaboration (Minimum 1-3 Months).
The Space: The Lighthouse Retreat is an intimate, family-owned, adults-only sanctuary on the remote shores of Little Corn Island. We aren't a luxury resort; we are a transformation space. With 8 wooden cabañas, an oceanview rooftop yoga deck, and an on-site garden-to-table restaurant, we host groups of 7–11 guests looking for deep nature immersion and authentic wellness.
The Role (It’s Hands-On!): We are looking for an experienced wellness professional (or a small powerhouse team of up to 4) who wants to build the retreat experience, not just guest-star in it. This is a 360-degree role. One hour you’ll be leading a meditation on the rooftop; the next, you’ll be helping with housekeeping, gardening, or assisting in the kitchen.
Your focus will be:
Leading & Creating: Facilitating yoga, workshops, and wellness "add-ons."
Operations: Supporting daily flow, guest check-ins, and property maintenance (cleaning/gardening).
Storytelling & Growth: Capturing content and driving sales/marketing during non-retreat periods.
