The Lighthouse Retreat is an intimate, family-owned adults-only retreat venue on Little Corn Island, Nicaragua — a car-free, off-grid Caribbean island known for slow living, nature immersion, and authentic wellness. We’re inviting experienced retreat leaders and wellness professionals to join our on-site team to co-create retreats, lead experiences, and support every aspect of daily operations. This is a professional collaboration, not a vacation or influencer stay.
Our eco-conscious property is designed for connection and transformation, not crowds or luxury. It features 8 wooden cabañas with private baths, balcony & hammock, oceanview rooftop yoga deck, garden workshop deck, private wellness cabana, and an on-site restaurant serving fresh, island-inspired meals. Ideal for 7–11 guests, it’s perfect for yoga retreats, YTTs, wellness immersions, & off-grid experiences.
We’re looking for experienced professionals or small teams (up to 4) with retreat, yoga, wellness, culinary, or content expertise, who can co-create authentic guest experiences. Your role is fully hands-on: leading sessions, co-creating programs, supporting guest check-ins/outs, housekeeping, cooking, gardening, daily retreat flow, and capturing content for marketing.
What you receive: private/shared cabana, commission on classes, treatments & bookings, venue access for content creation, cross-promotion, & long-term collaboration potential. Minimum 3-month commitment.
