Description:
***Facilitator & Guest Liaison
- Serve as the first point of contact for facilitators, managing email inquiries regarding availability, booking dates, and signature experiences.
- Guide new retreat leaders through the onboarding process.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with facilitators from the initial inquiry stage through to final booking confirmation.
- Periodic guest-facing and reception duties
- Occasional evening or weekend coverage may be required during active retreats, compensated with equivalent time off in lieu.
***Financial & Contractual Administration
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for groups, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records in coordination with management.
- Operational Systems Administration
- Oversee the organisation of the company inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper categorisation of retreat-related communications.
- Manage and maintain the company Google Drive, ensuring that all retreat documents, resources, and facilitator materials are stored systematically and are easily accessible.
- Support the Retreat Manager with administrative tasks that optimise the day-to-day operations of the centre.
***Team & Working Environment
- You'll work closely with a core team of 4, within a wider staff of 15.
- Your work is primarily in the front office, and occasionally in the main lodge and in other venues.
- The team has a commitment to service excellence. We provide the environment for transformation and growth.
- Retreats are primarily in English.
