Located at the highest point of Kiketi Farm, the Yoga House offers breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views, surrounded by mountains and forests. The indoor space accommodates up to 15 guests, outdoor terraces can host up to 20 guests.
Our second wellness venue is nestled in the heart of the forest, indoor space accommodates up to 35 guests, while the outdoor terrace can host up to 50 guests.

Description

Kiketi Farm is a peaceful wellness retreat venue located in Kiketi, just 30 minutes from Tbilisi, surrounded by forest, fresh air and nature. The farm combines wellness, outdoor activities, Georgian hospitality and locally inspired food in one authentic countryside setting.

Guests can enjoy yoga and movement sessions in the dedicated Yoga House, hiking through the surrounding landscapes, horseback riding, and relaxing in the traditional Bathhouse. The natural environment also provides space for meditation, mindfulness, reflection and digital disconnection.

Food is an important part of the experience, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and Georgian farm-to-table cuisine. The property includes a restaurant, Farm Café and Marani winery, offering opportunities to discover local flavours and Georgian wine culture.

The farm also provides opportunities for nature-based and experiential activities such as truffle hunting, creative workshops and spending time in the greenhouses and around the farm. The combination of movement, nature, relaxation, nourishing food and authentic rural experiences allows organisers to create a balanced and restorative retreat environment.

Kiketi Farm offers comfortable accommodation, dedicated wellness spaces and a variety of indoor and outdoor areas for group activities. The peaceful setting encourages guests to slow down, reconnect with themselves and nature, and take a break from the pace of everyday life.

Bedrooms

Accommodation at the farm is thoughtfully dispersed across the property, creating a sense of privacy and connection with nature. Guests can stay in traditional Georgian Oda houses or our signature Tree Houses, immersed in the forest. Each room features its own unique concept and design. We offer both double rooms with king-size beds and twin rooms to accommodate different guest preferences.

Bathrooms

Bathroom facilities vary by room type. Some rooms offer a walk-in shower, while others include both a shower and a bathtub for added comfort.

Cleaning

Both the event spaces and hotel rooms are cleaned daily. Event spaces are serviced multiple times throughout the day as needed to ensure they remain clean and comfortable for guests.

Catering

The farm features three dining venues, all of which can provide catering services upon request. We offer traditional Georgian cuisine as well as customized menus tailored to meet any dietary preferences or event requirements.

Kitchen and Dining room

First-international and local menu, the second is a traditional Georgian restauran-wine cellar, and the third is a farm-to-table café featuring seasonal ingredients from the farm.
All three venues offer both indoor and outdoor seating and can accommodate 50-80 guests each. In addition, we have dedicated event spaces where catering services can be provided, allowing us to host larger groups.

Outdoor

Throughout the farm, guests can enjoy a variety of nature-based experiences. Relax in hammocks nestled in the forest, gather around the bonfire area in the evenings, interact with the farm animals, take part in seasonal planting activities, enjoy peaceful walks in the fresh mountain air, as well as horseback riding, guided hiking, and seasonal truffle hunting.
