One Life Lodge is created for retreat leaders seeking a seamless, inspiring, and spacious home base for their groups. With 18+ years of experience hosting surf and yoga retreats, the lodge is thoughtfully equipped to support smooth operations, comfort, and flow. Every detail has been considered, making this 580 m² property one of the most complete retreat venues in the Algarve.
Located on a quiet hillside between Burgau and Salema, the lodge offers the ideal balance of peace, privacy, and accessibility. Guests enjoy panoramic ocean views, sunshine all day, and the beach just a short walk down the hill. Despite its tranquility, the area is close to cafés, restaurants, and some of the region’s most scenic coastal spots.
The spacious layout makes the lodge exceptionally suitable for groups. Multiple indoor and outdoor lounges, tucked-away corners, and private terraces give participants space to gather for workshops or unwind in solitude. Whether you are hosting a yoga retreat, wellness immersion, corporate offsite, or creative workshop, the lodge adapts effortlessly to your needs.
Inside, the design blends bohemian calm with oceanside inspiration. Marble floors, natural textures, and soft neutral tones create an atmosphere of ease and comfort. The interiors balance style and functionality, supporting restorative practices, group sessions, and downtime alike.

Bedrooms

The villa features 7 ensuite bedrooms, which can be arranged with either double or single beds to suit your group’s needs. Two of these rooms include three beds, making them ideal for triple occupancy. In addition, there are two extra bedrooms that share a bathroom, each with a 140 cm bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers.
5 bathrooms have a shower, 2 have a bath tub.

The rooms come with shampoo, soap and handsoap and a hairdryer

Cleaning

The end cleaning has an extra fee of 400 euro ( when the house is left in a good condition. ) Extra cleaning can be arranged up front for an extra hour rate of 15 euro per hour.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for big groups with 2 dishwashers , 2 big fridges, oven . Big worktops, coffee machines, microwave if needed.

The indoor and outdoor seating area for dining is 18 people.

There is a big outdoor bbq . Several seating and lounging corners for guests to relax.
Fatboys and loungers pool area , terrace in the garden and patio .

Things To Do Nearby

Enjoy scenic cliffside hikes in the natural park directly from the lodge. Visit the historic Fort of Almádena for beautiful ocean views. A quiet beach nearby is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Surfing, dolphin watching, and paddle tours in Lagos. Burgau and Salema are minutes away, with Sagres a short drive away. 🌊
