Description

Located in a quiet residential area of Rovinj, the Retreat Centre is an intimate boutique venue ideal for small group retreats. We have been welcoming guests since 1986 and hosting and organising our own retreats since 2017. We have already supported several international teachers, giving them what retreat organisers truly need: reliability, flexibility, and seamless logistics.

The house features six cosy rooms accommodating up to 11 guests (including the teacher). For slightly larger groups, additional accommodation can be arranged within walking distance in the neighbourhood.

Two dedicated yoga spaces are available: an indoor shala for focused practice and a shaded outdoor platform in our Zen garden, perfect for morning or sunset sessions. The property also includes a covered outdoor dining area, a small communal outdoor kitchen, and a comfortable chill-out lounge area for up to 12 people.

Guests can enjoy a private wellness area with a jacuzzi, infrared sauna, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, and a therapeutic full-body massage chair. Hands-on massage therapy can be arranged by our associate therapists. Mountain bikes are included for exploring the surroundings.

We provide a daily homemade vegetarian/vegan/GF brunch, with additional meals available upon request.

The Centre is located 1.5 km from the beach, 2 km from Rovinj’s historic old town, and 40 km from Pula Airport. We can also assist with organising excursions and activities.

As we are locals, leading our own retreats, all logistics are carefully coordinated so you can focus fully on leading your retreat.

Bedrooms

FIRE ROOM - 140/200 cm double bed.
AIR ROOM - 2 single beds, 90/200 cm,
WATER ROOM - 1 double bed 160/200 cm.
SUN, MOON & EARTH ensuite ROOMS - have 1 double bed (150x200) and 1 single (90x200), in this way, they are suitable for both friends or couples.
Only the MOON ROOM doesn't have a balcony.
Only the AIR ROOM is not ensuite but has a private bathroom in the hallway.

Bathrooms

All our rooms exept Air room have ensuite bathrooms. Air room has a private bathroom in the close hallway.
Each bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, shower gel, hairdryer, emergency kit, carpets and 3 towels per person.

Cleaning

Rooms are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. On request, we provide clean towels. Common areas are cleaned daily by our team members.

Catering

We recommend structuring your retreat around two larger meals per day ( around 11h and 18h ) with snacks in between. We provide a delicious signature VE/VG/GF brunch. For other meals, one of the highlights is to incorporate a local cuisine experience in your program by following our unique recommendations.
Extra meals in our centre are possible to arrange for an additional cost.

Kitchen and Dining room

We have an outdoor covered dining area with a small communal kitchen and two big handmade wooden tables, which can accommodate 12 people comfortably, which we use on warm days (May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep).
In colder days ( Apr, Oct ), we have an indoor dining area, with one handmade wooden table which can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. This dining area is connected to the rest of the house.

Outdoor

There are two main chill-out areas. The first is in the garden under the two 50-year-old oak trees, which provide ample shade but aren’t rain-protected. This space is located next to the outdoor dining area. The second is in the backyard, adjacent to the yoga patio, where sun loungers are available for those who prefer sunlight.
