We have a bright 80 m² practice room with large windows that immerse you in the surrounding nature. It can accommodate up to 40 participants and is fully equipped for in-person and online meetings.
The room is also equipped with yoga mats, practice blocks, and meditation cushions. Outdoor practices take place on the Pedana with the sea view, a large terrace of 80m² surrounded by greenery.

Eco practices

In our gardens, we practice sustainable and regenerative agriculture that respects natural cycles, enhances biodiversity, and gives rise to a living, fertile ecosystem. We grow the ingredients we bring to the table directly on our own farm. Our cuisine is sustainable: seasonal, plant-based, and prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. We also offer plant-based cooking classes.

Bedrooms

We have nine elegant bedrooms: one single room, one quadruple room, one premium double room that can be converted into a triple room, and six double rooms, which can also be used as single rooms.

Bathrooms

Each room has its own private bathroom, except for two rooms that share a bathroom (the single room with a double room)

Cleaning

Each room comes fully equipped with bed linens, towels, bath soaps, and a
hairdryer. Included in the price are also daily cleaning of the shared spaces and
final cleaning at the end of the stay.

Catering

Our cuisine is entirely plant-based, with organic ingredients grown on our regenerative farm. We typically serve buffet-style meals. We can accommodate all dietary restrictions (allergies etc).

Kitchen and Dining room

Our kitchen is fully equipped and is exclusively for professional use. The dining room features large, bright windows that can also be opened during the summer and can accommodate up to 40 guest.

Outdoor

We have anOutdoor platform: a spacious terrace surrounded by greenery, open to the sea horizon.Essential, refined, and designed to welcome breath, movement, and creativity. Ideal for open-air practice

30% of the total amount is required 6 months before the retreat start date. An additional 30% is due 3 months before the start date. The remaining balance must be paid 1 month prior to the retreat. Note: the reservation must guarantee a minimum of 10 guests. The deposit fees are not refundable.
