Located in the Ucayali region of the Peruvian Amazon near Agua Dulce and Curimaná, this off-grid retreat center offers 161 hectares of primary rainforest across three registered land parcels. Bordered by the Aguaytía River and Campana Creek, the land features year-round river access and seasonal road access from May through November.

The property encompasses expansive, untouched jungle terrain with direct river frontage. Natural features include a secluded waterfall cascading into a private freshwater lagoon located steps from the main living area, alongside a wide stretch of white sand beach along the Aguaytía River. A five-hectare cultivated plant farm established in 2020 includes three hectares of Chacruna and two hectares of Ayahuasca vine.

Construction began in October 2022, with overall site completion at 64.5%. All structures are built using native hardwoods such as Quinilla, solid foundations, and traditional palm-thatched roofs.

The ceremonial maloka is a large, circular open-air hall featuring a concrete foundation, Quinilla hardwood flooring and columns, and climbing Ayahuasca vines woven into its palm roof. Accommodations consist of 28 private hardwood tambos with palm roofs. Seven tambos are fully finished and ready for use, while twenty-one are structurally complete with raised floors, columns, and roofs in place, awaiting interior wall finishing. Community structures include a spacious open-sided dining pavilion with Shapaja and Yarina leaf roofing, a separate kitchen building, and several framed wooden bathroom structures distributed across the site.

Engineered for self-sufficiency, full technical specifications and budgets are established for the off-grid utility phase. This includes a solar power grid with a 1,950-meter internal distribution network powering over 50 points, a gravity-fed water system with two elevated tanks providing 7,500 liters of storage capacity, and six individual biodigesters for eco-friendly waste management.
