Hello dear,
I am Viki. Originally from Siberia, but established my roots in Portugal. For already 11 years I have been practicing Hatha and Taoist Esoteric Yoga. In 2022 I started teaching yoga, and by now have students from all over the world. Depending on the request, or even the time of the day the practice I give can vary from a gentle flow to Ashtanga inspired powerful uplift. Practicing with me you will be introduced to acupuncture self-massage, Chi energy circulation, meditation techniques, Asana, and pranayama. I pay special attention to correct posture alignment, finding the best variation for each body condition. I aim to bring a unique experience to each session that empowers my students so that they leave the class feeling refreshe
