As a Transpersonal and Spiritual Hypnotherapist. I work with individuals and groups to facilitate transformative hypnosis sessions.
My clients dive deep into their subconscious to effectively clear limiting beliefs, unprocessed emotions, unhelpful habits and feelings of being "stuck."
I also facilitate individual and group spiritual sessions like Past Life Regressions, Womb Regression, Meet your Spirit Guide, Connect with a Loved One who has passed, Law of Attraction, and more.
Hypnosis is a natural state of being. My clients are awake, aware and in-control - just deeply relaxed and connected with their own higher self.

My Favourite Book:

You are a Bad Ass by Jen Sincero... though I have MANY books that I love. Wayne Dyer is another favorite author. Joe Dispenza is amazing. Anything related to spiritual growth and development!
