I'm italian but I love exploring international cuisines and creating interesting fusions between taste and cultures to give guests the best culinary experience. I have a scientific background, cause I'm a biologist, and a holistic one, I'm also a naturopath with a specialisation in Ayurvedic nutrition, therefore I always pay lot of attention in preparing healthy and balanced meals, using also the principles of Ayurveda wisdom. I take care as well of the beauty of the dishes...we first eat with our eyes right? I'm avaiable as your chef for yoga retreats and detox programmes.
