I’m Talita, a plant-based chef living in Europe, between Portugal and Germany but travel Europe wide for work. I offer plant-based, gluten free, refined sugar free, juicing and raw food cuisines. I love creating artfully presented dishes and bespoke dining concepts and food tablescapes. I prepare plant-based food which is just as kind to your body as it is to the earth. I priorities organic and local food where possible. Benefits of a plant-based natural diet go well beyond our body, food of the present and future must be chosen respectfully, carefully and consciously prepared to challenge the food conventions and norms.
I’m a trained chef from Leiths School of Food & Wine in London and have worked in vegan restaurants in London, Berlin and Aljezur.
